Hi

I would like to know what good honest CPA networks offer the best offers to monetize good traffic from Poland, Slovenia, Croatia websites?

Of course most CPA networks have tones of offers for US, but for example Groupon
has been the most successfull in Poland, but still I donąt know through which CPA networks it was available.

What is your experience, what CPA networks are the best for the countries from Eastern European Union?

Globalizer, Ringtonepartner,.. it also depends what kind of offers you are looking for.
You say you want to monetize your traffic, maybe consider joining ad networks that pay on a cpm base ? That would also give you a good idea what offers are available for your country. THen you can look them up on offervault and maybe make more profit on a cpa base.

Normally you need to apply individually. Just check the offer description for details. Also, always try contacting your AM for help if you have any questions or concerns.

Affiliate managers are very slow to reply.

I opened account at adsmarket , it was approved, but they don't answer for days.

I am interested as well in converting my eastern european website into money with CPA offers for my hungry visitors, but still didn't find a trustable CPA network.

That's a huge number of traffic. There are none to decline your application to their networks i guess. Just try EWA Network, PeerFly, Wolf Storm Media, CPATank or Ads4Dough. Good luck

I've always said that a network should differentiate themselves by hosting exclusively or almost all international offers. The market is growing. May be difficult now while online lead generation in these countries isn't as popular but its a nice little niche a network can probably carve out and dominate right away
