Affiliate marketer wanting to build a CPA site...help with what to write about?

Hi,

I want to diversify my IM business and add CPA...

I want to build a site that will target free give away CPA (ipad, iphone)
That is only trying to gain visitor emails....

What should my content be to get people to click through?

basically you should write content which are just based on your site. but to attract visitors to click you should try to write something interesting. attractive. you have to attract your visitors. at first try to understand who are your clickers and whose click is valuable to you and then try to write to something that will attract them.

So if my "free" offer is for college scholarships, then I maybe do a article or site based on "why you need a degree"???

Yep, I would do something like that and have some good quality content on the site. I would then create a small report of something to squeeze the visitors.

Maybe squeeze through a lightbox pop up or have prominently on the site.

You can also test a traditional squeeze as well, depending on your traffic source.
