Need info whist register at cpa network

Hello,
Most of CPA networks require a website url when i register an account. I don't know what kind of the website must i choose. Please help me.

You are better off using a landing page as the website for approval. And honestly, you can get accepted even without a website, the most important part is the CALL.

I got in without any website. Just tell them how you want to promote their offer without using any website.

As you mention, after doing the registration , i will give them a call. Is this true ? But not all the cpa network provide their phone number for us contact.
