either bid too low or your demo is too tight..
try open up a bit, get more traffic and hopefully conversions
then grow from there

My guess is your bids are to low...without more details it is hard to answer this question

What does increasing the CPM bid do? increase the quality of my traffic? so far, I have bid the absolute minimum at 0.10 and I am getting clicks but they are extremely low volume.''

Frequency cap is at 5 by default. I don't know whether increasing this value would be any beneficial.

In addition, I see that CTR is really low! Like 0.065% ~0.125% if I am lucky.
