Doesn't Anyone Know How To Set Up A Proxy Server to View CPA Offers??

I have spent all day trying to solve this problem, and finally decided to ask on the main discussion forum, only to find that nobody answers me. I have googled all day, looked at past threads, and tried everything - how do I set up a proxy server to overcome foreign view filtering for CPA offers, please? Anyone?

OK, it's simple here is the one way, download and install free Elite Proxy switcher after that google Free proxy list and find ip for the country you need, Enter that ip in the Elite proxy switcher and activate.

Okay, tried all that, didn't work. All I get is dud IP addresses that hang my whole computer. Can you give me an exact proxy IP address to put into the settings in my firefox browser? Why the CPA sites don't take care of this automatically is beyond me. All the video tutorials on this must be old or something - I go to the sites they recommend and they are not there. This has infuriated me all day.
I appreciate any help.

I forget the exact software i used, but I had that all working last year. I think I googled IP Shield or something similar, and downloaded the software. It did all the proxy work and I was able to view all the CPA offers. I think the only downside was it kept popping up ads, but you could turn it off when you weren't looking at offers.

Thanks everyone, I finally got somewhere, well, sort of. A download called "Free Hide IP" has allowed me to at least view US CPA offers (I would have to pay them $29.95 if I want to see other countries!) but at least that much was trouble-free. Whew! Now I need one for UK. What a drama, just to try to evaluate CPA offers!
Oh, well, perhaps they will improve things for us one day.
