any landpage providers for lovefilm UK?

hello warriors,

im new here, so please, dont beat me (hard)

i wanna join that movies promotional hype. im london based and here we have lovefilms. to register straight to company is a bit difficult, coz u need to have your own page, etc. there are networks with landpages already, so my question is:
1. which is the best network to join to get a landpage for lovefilms uk? (and maybe lovefilms germany in a while)
2. if lovefilms uk offers £7.50 directly, do these networks take any % off for their services?
3. there are loads of tips how to be 100% netflix approved. any tips how to be 100% approved by the network im looking for?
4. does lovefilm uk pays the same way as netflix, for a free-trial subscription only?
5. anything else i should know to succeed?

i'm trying to sign up on neverblue now. i'm just learning. what should i answer to a question ''Do you have any Affiliate Marketing experience?'' to succeed? NO or YES and then choose ''0-3 Months''? is it better to say that im not experienced or that i have a very little experience?
what do they mean by asking ''What is the most important metric in any campaign?'' what is metric? i tend to choose EPC.

any advices are more than welcome!

I think your best bet is to be honest with the network, if you only have 1 months experience, then provide that information. I wouldn't over exaggerate to the point where a network would be able to identify that you may not be providing truthful answers...if they think you're lying about your experience, then they may assume everything you're telling him false...

Spot on with the EPC answer...thats the most important metric for me....payout means nothing if the offer has a .0000001 conversion rate...

I think the type of landing page you use depends on the type of traffic you will be driving.

Basically, what I am saying is, as far as a lander I would have 2 completely different things in mind if it were going to be PPC than if it were YouTube or HubPages.

I would suggest coming up with your traffic strategy before worrying about landers.

one question: does anybody knows how lovefilm.com pays? do they pay the same as netflix, for any new registered user (for a trial) or they pay when a trial user switch to a pay mode?
