How do I make a CPA Prize website??

I know there are many of them? I have no idea on how to set one up.
I want to use it to post cpa offers to signed up members, and so they get a reward point which they can exchange for prizes when the time comes.

I have no idea on how to set up call backs, and keep track of completed offers.

Also, I need to way to keep track of requested prizes.

I also need a affiliate tracking type of software to give active members incentive to sign up friends/ potential customers.

Also a way to block out 2 accounts on 1 IP.

Also a way to easily post new offers and pull old ones.

I also need it fast.

I also would like to know if any thing like this is prebuilt and exists. Please! Help Me!

Also, do you think I could give virtual prizes as inventive to fill out offers, usually, I see things like ipods and giftcards, would rewards in a virtual game or virtual anything acceptable to most companies?

Check out ShiftCode(dot)com, i think thats what you're talking about. Join Adscend Media, Blam Ads, and many other Incentivized networks. Talk to them and they should help you out as well.

Yep, you can. Many incentive friendly cpa networks have a lot of incentive offers (points allowed).
