Best CPA landing page for affiliates?

I'm opening up an affiliates program for a successful 12-year-old website (I learn fast :-o) and I'd like to know what affiliates page you think was most powerful. Or maybe it's CPA; I'm not sure how to position it. We'll pay a princely $5 if someone who uses the link actually joins our service and starts paying for it within 30 days.

Positioning: This is a low-cost service and I suspect most affiliates will not be pro marketers. It is a popular eBay-related site and I am bowing to pressure from our top users and from webmasters at other sites in the same community. That probably means more education for the potential affiliate, and I am open to any other suggestions.

(No trolling here. It's not for anything normally found in my sig, which I have disabled for this message anyway.)
