Beginners guide to Facebook ads?

Can anyone recommend a good beginners guide to Facebook PPC marketing? I'm especially looking for advice on how to bid properly, increase my CTR etc. Also interested in any WSO's or related products that have a step-by-step type approach.

Thanks for the tip, although that guide seems to be focused only on CPA offers. Do you know of anything not so centered around CPA offers?

Chad Hamzeh's Conversion Campus is a great course. He was selling it on the WSO section, but I'm not sure if it's still available.

His course is not only around FB, it is around paid advertising (several platforms), but he teaches many vital concepts, explains how to structure paid advertising campaigns and also give some useful information specifically about Facebook.
