Whats Wrong with my lander ??

Hey warriors,

I made a quick squeeze page to capture leads.

I have everything set up; auto responder, email series, hosting, domain..

One of my good friends said that it doesn't load properly on his computer because I don't have a style.css file in my directory...

I dont get this part..

here is my lander:
Free Home Opportunity

Can you guys check it and tell whats wrong with it? This is my very very first lander and I lost hours of sleep setting everything up and figuring everything out.

btw the powerpoint on the left is there just to make it look pretty, i need to re-do it and add voiceover to it.

Any help and advice from you guys will be greatly appreciated.

I can feel I am getting closer and closer to a successful campaign.

Hey

Your site looks VERY amateurish. For e-mail collection its ok and e-mail broadcast ok fair enough, but I would make sure ALL your sites look professional.

Couple things....

1) the size of the page on my screen makes the power point obsolete....i can barely see anything thats going on...it looks like the copy you want me seeing is all the way to the right and i can only make out 1 - 2 letters....

2) The top line "Ever Wanted...." that doesn't really sound correct....maybe something like "Want to Earn $X,XXX per month from the comfort of your own home" would connect more with the consumer...

3) I think the most effective part of the page is the line of copy all the way at the bottom....i would move that up and use that content for the bullets right by the email field....

That is a problem. Not all your visitors are going to be Windows users.

You probably should use a flash video option instead.

im afraid to say that it doesnt look good.
its very wide
try putting the video at the bottom or top instead of having everything next to each other.

im not really familiar with powerpoint but i use webpage maker and i center everything through there.

Doesn't look great mate - search around on the forum, there are some free landing page WSOs around I believe.

There's a link in this thread landingpage question in ppv... - not sure what the protocol for a link is.

Anyway, would this kind of landing page be allowed with Adwords PPC or would they reject on the basis that it is only used to collect e-mail addresses?

I think you should use another template. its awesome that your using a video but it needs to grab my attention

Its being used my members in the war room and I have gotten some success with it. Its free and all you have to do is add your video code and email code in you html editor.

Also when you have that set up, you MUST have a tracking system like google analytics.

I would say, put the video at the top centered under your title. Add voice to it as well.

Redo the title, it doesn’t grab the viewer’s attention.
I would change it to something along the lines of, “Discover How I Made $1,240.35 In One Week Working From home”.

I would personally do away with the check marks and rephrase that part all together. What you have isn’t making me as a viewer want to give you my email. I would change it to something like..

Inside this report I show you the exact methods I used to earn over 1k in pure profits in one week. Other than that, your page works fine on my end but those are things I immediately noticed about your squeeze page. If you like those changes feel free to use them word for word if you like.
