Reversed Leads

I've been promoting CPA offers since the beginning of the year and there's one merchant "Insuranceagents.com" that has reversed 60% of my leads on the back end, in the following months. They have literally stolen back my commissions 2 months in a row. I only promoted their auto insurance campaign from late Feb into early March but it totaled a fair amount of $$ at $10 a lead. I emailed my AM after both times it happened which accomplished nothing. Word of caution - stay clear of this merchant unless you want your earnings reversed after the fact.
