Pop unders for CPA

Hi All,

Has anyone had any success using pop under advertising such as the traffic WSO's advertised here?

If so what offers work best for you, and which networks do you use?

I usually run email or zip submits for pop under traffic targeted to URLS. I use traffic vance.
