Hi everyone, So what kind of offers convert well with PPV? Would I be right in thinking you're more likely to get conversions with simple mail/zip submit offers? What's worked for you? Thanks, Pope. |

It is better to talk with your affiliate manger so as to get a recen offers that are proven to work with PPV traffic . But , I advice that ... You should not only focus on direct linking . Test landing page too . |

Thanks for the reply. I do intend on testing some landing pages, just want to turn my hand at direct linking to get my feet wet. I'm awaiting replies from my AM's now ![]() Just thought someone may have some more specific advice, as I'm unsure whether to focus on appearance, or the size of form, payout etc etc. Thanks again, all the best. |

Direct linking not working for most offer. You need landing page to help presell your offer since PPV is interrupting kind of ads.

Thanks for the advice. Some people have had success with direct linking, although I'm aware it's popular beleif that landing pages convert better, I wouldn't know myself. I figue if you're bidding on the right Keywords/URL's, and have the right offer, there'sno reason you can't get a decent ROI. Cheers. |

Yes, I get better conversions with PPV for email and zip submit. I also only use Trafficvance anymore though. CHAD

What kind of payouts do you go for if you don't mind me asking? $1? 4$? Or generally the highest you can get your hands on? Cheers.

So if you pick an offer that pays out at $1 and you find if converts will, but you barely break even then contact your AM and try to get the payout up 20 to 50 cents. Most networks are willing to compete and will raise your payout if you are sending them high quality leads! Chad

You need to keep in mind that even if you have the most relevant urls and keywords on your list, PPV marketing is inherently intrusive. Unlike PPC models, People don't WANT to see your ad so landing pages are invaluable in showing the user WHY your offer is more interesting than the page they were on. I'm only new to PPV, but I seem to have learned this the hard way with direct linking. In my opinion, landing pages > direct linking in nearly all cases. |
