Adshuffle Support... Awful??

EDIT: They replied while I was writing this (to the email I sent days ago)

That's been my experience anyway...

I keep trying to get a hold of them via their support email and they never respond. (3 emails, first one about a week ago)

Anyone have a contact? Or am I missing something?

On another note, sitescout's interface for their self serve platform is 10x easier to use and their support has been great. (Should've just used them from beginning but I have funds in the adshuffle acct now...)
