To all EXPERIENCED FULL TIME Affiliate Marketers, this is not a B.S. offer.

I was introduced to affiliate marketing 4 months ago, and ever since then, I've committed to making money online. So for the past 4 months, I've followed various guru's and their teaching, like:

1. Niche Profit Classroom - Adam Sultanic (purchased 30 day trial)
2. Affilorama - Mark Ling (listened to everything on his website)
3. Get Altitude - Eban Pagen (i know he's not a AM, but just wanted to throw that in there)

After spending 4 months spinning my wheels "drinking their cool-aid," and researching articles on this forum. I've began to question if any of their techniques really work, or are they a money pit for newbies that don't know any better.

I'm serious about making money online, and I'm willing to put in the TIME, MONEY, AND A SH*T TON OF EFFORT. However, I don't want to waste time spinning my wheels with an obsolete technique or something that just doesn't work, nor spending 12 hours a day for a year to make 500usd a month.

So there's the deal, if you're a full time I.M. making serious money (>$6k monthly) now, and you're willing to start me off on my I.M. career by teaching me a strategy that really works, I will compensate you.

In addition, I understand it takes "money to make money" if you want to get things done faster, so I am spend additional money delegating work like: hiring article writers, spend money on adsense, etc etc. NO PROBLEM!

And lastly, I have many good relationships to some really cool investors, so if your strategy really works, I have access to capital to build and scale a company.

You won't ever make any money until you just DO IT and TEST. That's it! Even then you might not make any money for a while, until you figure out what is working. Paying someone or even worse ( GURU-training ) will get you no further than when you started. There is always the chance that what you are doing that works will backfire, too. It happens all the time...

I'm a newbie too but I really don't think you "need" money to make money in IM. Gotta say I agree with Jeffrey73 you have try and test the waters yourself. Who knows, maybe i'm wrong... I only just made $900+ on the warriors for hire forum here.

Thank you for your comment, I completely understand your point. I just believe, you can always increase your learning curve when you learn from someone that is already doing it.

Could you imagine going to school and learning chemistry without a teacher. I bet it would take a lot longer to figure out, than someone teach you, even in an uncertain environment like IM.

There are several good courses out there that you don't need to pay that much, why not start with those? ($30-100 a month seems a fair bit better than $1000)

I would agree with blog and Jeffrey. You have to test. Most offers will work once you find the right product and get it in front the of the target. I understand what you are saying. It is a little frustrating when first starting out. I didn't have any real success until I found a mentor to work with.

The most difficult thing is knowing who is real and who really makes the money they say they do. It's hard to know Adam from Paul. I was lucky because I know someone locally that has been an Internet Marketer for over 10 years. After I started dabbling and struggling, I called him for some tips and pointers. He makes 6 figures a month so I REALLY wanted him to show me what and how he does it. I have now been working with him for a few months now and it has made a huge difference in my products and my conversions. So, that's my advice...find the right person to work with but you have to Test.

If you're looking for some on going coaching from marketers who are in the mix, and you don't want to break your bank, then join PPV Playbook for a few months. It's $67/mth. I have a highly rated course currently, but for you I would recommend joining PPV Playbook.... mainly because you want some ongoing coaching, that's the cheapest form you'll get while it's still quality.

But, they will insist you start TESTING.... which is of course the real first step.

Chad is one of the smartest CPA guys I've come across yet. I'd definitely go with his recommendation, or even check out his new course. For $47, or whatever it is, I guarantee you'll learn more from that than from most any other "guru" you'll pay 1000 bucks to.

I agree with you buddy. I guess you could book a few hours with Justin Dupre if you want to learn a few things. But it still may not help you fully until you jump into action. Unfortunately this isn't as easy as schooling or an apprenticeship program. We'd all love to sit behind a super affiliate's computer screen and watch what they do, but the truth of the matter is that it will just not ever happen that way.

BTW, I'd never try to learn chemistry in any other setting than a lab with a teacher. Too volatile...

If you've bought 3 courses already then it seems that you're on a mission to find the short cut or magic pill to success. Even your thread title suggests you really aren't interested in following through on anything, just want it handed to you.

That will result in failure everytime. I've seen it a million times.

Coaching is fantastic if you can find the right coach!! $1,000 won't get you far in terms of actual 1-1 coaching, but the thing is that you don't need a big player to be your coach. Like you said, somebody making a few grand a month will do!


But like everybody here is cautioning, most of the "work" and effort will still be there. Even if you have a coach guiding you along the way, its YOU that will still be doing most of the work, hitting all the obstacles etc.

So I think everybody just wants to make sure you realize that $1,000 or any amount of money will never buy you a blank check in this industry. We want you to succeed but we see so many people jump in with a certain dollar amount and expect an easy road to winners lane. This industry isn't brain surgery, but will require lots of hard work...in the beginning at least.

To echo Kenster and Imback...

There is no shortcut. I have some great tools/software but you still have to figure out your campaign by testing. The best part about having a coach/mentor like I do and others here have, is that they can guide you with the right offers. Also, your affiliate managers with your CPA companies are a great source of knowledge.

The other thing about finding a program and sticking with it is Key.
You see too many people starting out and spreading themselves way too thin.
Too many offers out there and none of them do very well.

Once you can find 1 or 2 good offers that convert, then focus on those and put them everywhere you can with paid traffic, free traffic. That is actually where some of the tools come in handy. The tools can do the work for you but only after YOU and maybe your mentor figure out the right offer. And this is done by testing, testing and testing. Then if you get lucky, you can promote an offer for months or even years.

Yea you shouldnt have to spend a grand to learn. You will teach yourself over time.

I would have someone look at what you are doing currently **and more importantly** what you have done and first see if there are any improvements to be made.

Other than that, you are likely going to have a hard time finding someone that is going to want to coach you for $1,000. I've personally stopped doing private coaches a couple months ago and now only do rev share arrangements, as most of the time I end doing a lot of the grunt work till they get a hang of things and it takes a lot longer than anyone anticipates. You may get lucky and find someone... But I wouldn't count on it.

The biggest obstacle you have is $1k may seem like a lot of money to you, but realistically I can spend just 2-3 hrs of the time spent training or coaching a student. And instead split test and scale up a campaign and make that in profit in a couple of days and that is on a small campaign.

Hey, I've got an idea. Why not make one of your Affiliate Managers your mentor? They are getting paid anyway, and it's their job right? Plus, that will give you the $1,000 to burn on traffic.

Just make sure your AM has a clue about affiliate marketing and how it's done. Some of them don't. Ask them about their experience first, and "qualify" them to lead you. The last thing you want to do is burn money by taking bad advice. I've done it too many times already.

Networks like EWA or WolfStorm would probably be ideal, since all their guys are REAL pros. Or maybe one of these other guys on the WF who own their own network. I don't know him, but Copeac Steve would probably be a good choice too.

For 4 months in learning from the specified Ebooks and this forum, i think you will get flooded of ideas and with 1k$ you would be making back some good money if you stick to one method. Actually, if i have 5k$ to invest, i would be making another 5k$ back each month after 5 months of work.

You sound you are suffering for "information overload." I started in cpa with 50 bucks to my name, now make that in a hour. You already have a great starting place you have 1000 bucks to reinvest. Try placing your offers in forums, and doing media buys an you'll see money instantly. once the ball gets rolling in cpa its consist profit.

That's the great thing about the internet...nearly all information out there on any topic is free if you dig hard enough for it. Spending money may shorten the learning curve, save time, and help make sense of all the tidbits of scattered info, but it's not necessary.

The trick to buying product is being disciplined and learning the right mindset going into a product.

I still buy products all the time, products to automate, software, and just purely products to learn about new methods and resources. BUT, you must go into with a steadfast and iron gripped focus not to be distracted by hype and sales copy. When I read a product, I always try and relate everything in the product to what I am doing. I NEVER stop what I am doing to pursue an idea in a product, but rather SUPPLEMENT what I am doing with things I learn.

In truth, many things I buy I don't learn anything new, but that one product that gives you an idea may make you many thousands or save you many thousands, or save you time.


In my opinion product are fine, so long as you have the discipline to go into them the right way! It's a tough skill to learn and takes practice!

I have wasted so much money trying to get a career in AM going its just funny. You have to first do you due dilligence in research your niche. Then you have to buy domains. Then you have to buy hosting. Then you have to create articles. I am so tired of hearing "Oh..yea..btw. Go ahead and create 3-5 article per day for X amount of time. Oh yea, im not even a content matter expert on what the hell im promoting!?!? So then you have to write bull**** article on topics that you have no freaking clue on. Then you have to maintain it and site back and watch your 500 per month come in. Also, I love it when they say "Its all in the list. The money is in the list!". I love it. So I am supposed to magically start to capture email address in this list from my now total spammy spam sites. Yeaaa right.

Back to your point. Like in any other PROFESSION - there has to be a mentor. You have to learn from someone teaching you - NOT through some damn ebook or site.

The only real way I see this working is to actually build a BRAND. Create a following, and sell them a legitimate product. Like ShoeMoney. It takes years of dedication, like starting any other legitimate business. Years.

Please - this is just from my personal experience. I dont expect AM to be turn-key - as I have been very successful in several other busniesses. I just see AM almost to be like selling AVON other somthing. Just somthing isnt right.

I would advice you to listen to Kenster's suggestions. And check out his info, very informative. One of the best I've read.

I have been where you are and right now you have so much information and its like a jig-saw puzzle in your head and the pieces doesn't seem to fit.

You need to digest what you've learned so far and try to create a step by step action plan for yourself from a-z. Such as buy a URL, get a hosting account, install wordpress or joomla, know how to work wordpress or joomla, do a little bit of html, do keyword research, apply to a CPA network and get accepted, traffic strategies, etc.....

There can be no great success without great commitment.

Get Kenster's Rags 2 Riches and Mike Morgan's CPAshortcut. There are many other great WSOs like imback's wso is amazing, but I haven't read them and so, I can't recommend them.

If you are really serious, those 2 WSOs should be enough to kick start your affiliate marketing career.

One thing that worries me is that you've bought all of these training courses and still aren't making money. And, on top of that, you're ready to dish out another grand on yet ANOTHER course.

I think you just aren't paying enough attention to the courses you've already had, and are jumping around. Everyone does it, but you seem to be spending a ton of precious money that could be going into your busines. I would re-group and try to understand if this is a good move. I know everyone likes a fresh start, but in IM, you need to stick with something for a while until you get it right.

2) buy a domain (10 bucks) - if you buy one today at godaddy its a buck)
3) install wordpress and themes (free)
4) writing content (5 articles) less then a day
5) seo and backlink continious.

if i was you i would invest in seo services to get ranked on the top. with 1k (infact much less) you can get really good seo services, that would definitely get you good rankings.

just to the good research on products, and keywords, or you can even get a an seo service in this forum that would do keyword research for you

It's very possible that if you have a lot of courses and such that you already have the tools and/or knowledge needed to start making money. Now it's time to put that knowledge to work. Doing is the toughest part of the process but it's critical. So just start testing and doing.

Most things don't work but you have to do those things to eventually find the things that do work.

I also vote that you shouldn't spend another dime on a course and just use one of the ones you've purchased to help you start "doing"
