What are some Ad Networks where i can set the desired price? plz recommend

Hello. i have a celebrity gossip /entertainment site thats currently getting 120000+ hits a month, mostly from the U.S i would like to find some ad networks where i can set a price per week or month for ad space. i ran into one or two but would like to know about more, and maybe your experience with them.
(also if you can suggest what the approximate range i would/could charge for ad space when receiving over 120000 hits a month for mostly US traffic, with content relating to celebrities gossip entertainment music movies.. Thank you in advance for your ad network suggestions suggestions and advice. Much appreciated.
