I have used PPV traffic for email/zip submit offers with good success in the past.

Id recommend free traffic sources to start with. Articles and video's are good free traffic sources.

Articlesbase is a good directory to use because they allow links in the article body itself and you don't need to use a top level domain for your affiliate link so you can just use a free URL shortner then link it to your CPA offer. Plus they get ranked well by Google.

Search on this forum, there's a lot of info about using YouTube to promote offers.

To me the best ways to promote them are my high traffic blogs and youtube marketing.Both of them works great.

I like polls, but there are many different strategies that work, so it is hard to say which one is the best.

Email subs pay LOW and scrub HIGH. I'd recommend to promote a more stable offer.

There is no best way different methods work for some but not others. It's all about personal preference.

Polls work pretty well but a lot of the offers now say "no poll sites" heh.

PPV can work pretty well as long as you're good at targeting, testing and optimizing (with such low payouts you don't have much to play with)

The only way I've been successful with email submits is article marketing. The low payouts make it difficult to profit with paid traffic, but I suppose it's possible with some really good ads and low costs.

Well,

This is very had to answer, but since the payout is so low I would suggest free methods like SEO, youtube marketing, forum marketing, blog comments, and article marketing.

Hmm... Email submits and article marketing, and interesting combination. Is it really worth all the effort? That sounds like a lot of work for a small payout. However, I could be completely wrong.
