|  Best Ads To Use On Black Hat SEO Site?
One of my sites have black hat seo and a download section. I don't want to use Adsense because it breaks TOS I believe, so what banner should I put there? Does Amazon, Clickbank or Ebay allow that stuff? I know Adbrite does but the pay is low.

Why not try content locking networks like BlamAds or AdscendMedia? They are more flexible, and I think they will be happy with your site traffic as long as you can drive decent leads.
