CPALeads.com as a clickable link for payment?

Hey guys,
I have a link directory site that has decent traffic. 2000+ a month.

I offer free listings, or "premium listings" on the homepage for $1.50 through PayPal.

I'm wondering if it is possible to implement CPALeads surveys as a clickable link as a substitute for the $1.50 listing fee?

Does it violate any kind of TOS?

Can the surveys even be implemented into the site like this?

you should be able to set that up. are you getting many purchases at the 1.50 price point?

The site is newly acquired, so I haven't had a chance to see, and play with the price point yet.
I'm just thinking ahead, making sure I know all my options.

I'm finding my options limited trying to monetize a directory site.

And I think more people will be willing to do a simple survey for payment than pay.
I'll have to wait and see.
