Geeps trying to get your commisions form some of these NW's is like trying to get blood from a stone. I am talking about being 100% complient, submitting all the formsd, waiting the desired time, hitting minimum payouts...but where's the money? Do some not pay out hoping you never ask for it? It's starting to look like that to me. When you ask all of a sudden "no idea why, we'll re-send it.." WHY is that? If I never went around checking would they ever have paid out? I email/phone/ask and ask it's completely ignored.... So what would you do? I mean...it's plain poor business to treat affiliates like this one might say it's fraudulent but i am not going that far yet. I thought one NW was a good one...but i am not so sure now. The other...they have paid me in the past but all of sudden their checks are not "getting to my address" despite the fact they did in the past. It's so annoying to fight to try and get your comm's. Congrats to WS/Peerfly/E.W.A. and a few other that pay on time no need for me to keep asking for it. That's the way to do it guys! Any how I'll give it couple more days then I am afraid I am going to have to name them...it's gone on too long now. |

Its very simple: They try to withhold your payment and are mostly getting away with it as you aren't a high-volume affiliate/introducer. If you were responsible for a large amount of sales, they would kiss your backside to make sure you are well taken care of. Is it fraud? Yes. Do they they away with it? Yes. Why? Because most of these smaller affiliates are just that: small and little amount of power. The tables change if you reach super affiliate status. Nick |

Yeah sadly they can basically rip me off at any time and guess what apart from telling my story on a few forums review sites there isn't a lot i can do about it. This is a 100% trust biz where we are relying 100% on the NW actually paying out money owed. Has anyone successfuly sued a NW for non payment? I'll bet they have..and i might look into this as i've had enough .6 NW's this year i have strugglesd to get my money from..some paid eventually...others i doubt I'll ever see my money . I had one where i asked 6 times over the space of a month..nothing...Then i said "you do not reply this timeI will post this on affiliate paying.com." wow all of sudden he replied. He, miracously, never seen any of my previous requests....What a joke. My advice stay with the top NW's...many of the smaller, newer networks are just too high risk. When sh** hits the fan they will simply not pay you out. And there is nothing you can do about it. any how i'll give them till Friday to remedy this or i am going to name them on all the forums I can. |

No need to sue them really. You can send in debt collectors or ask a lawyer to draft you a "FINAL NOTICE" type of demand letter. In most cases, if a network doesnt wanna pay you won't see that money. I got stiffed by networks and merchants for thousands as well as they went bust. Got a nice "liquidation" report and a "list of outstanding debts to introducers/firms". All I could do was write it off and never deal with them again. Nick |

Being paid on time by a network should never be a concern or a problem for legitimate publishers. I hope everything works out.
