Comparing Tracking Systems

Hey warriors,

Just want to get your thoughts on tracking system question? What is best?

Most of people I know use 3:

1) Prosper 202

2) CPV Lab

3) Magic Bullet System 2.0

I heard a lot of pros and contras againt all of them so lets try to get a consensus. What do you think about this?

I use TrafficSplitter3 in combination with prosper
which gives me all options I may ever need

For now I am using MBS2.0 but seems it is too slow (it takes 1.5-2 seconds to pass all their redirections). Yep it is BUT their redirection chain IS real slow

is there any tracking solution i can install on my own server that will allow me to see where my affiliate conversions are happening from my PPC campaigns drilled down my country, city, state, etc. does tracking202 allow you to see conversions that detailed?

well i opened an account on tracking202.com but it doesnt let me see conversion data down to the city/state/country.

also their redirection takes really long, and because of that i decided to stop using it

I actually started tracking with p202 and I found it amazing for a free tracking software. Last year I was introduced to CPVLab and I laughed at the price at first, but after a couple of weeks of trying it out I called the owner and told him he wasn't charging enough for it. I also use it for PPC, Facebook, search, and auto-responders so it's very flexible. It also only takes seconds to duplicate camps rather than the tedious B.S. that P202 makes us do.

Agreed, I'd say if your budget is limited, go free to start with t202 or p202, then when you've got the money, go with a paid solution that is a bit better like cpvlab.com

Yes I would echo this advice - Prosper is perfectly great to start out with and is of course, free.

When you get more advanced - get onto CPVLab. They are currently developing a PPC/Social/Media Buys tracking module which I am confident will blow everything else out of the water when it's released.
