I have a question for you. My friend and me can spend from $15.000 to $20.000 per month on affiliate. We have been spending more than $50.000 on buying and selling physical products and trying to find some other ways to increase profit.

For me, I can make money on affiliate, but not with that amount, and please don't tell me something like "Oh, easy, just multiply your campaign to xxx and you can do it". It doesn't work that way in this aff world. Just by multiplying a campaign 10 times doesn't mean the profit will jump up 10 times.

So, I'm looking for a good way to make profit out of this $20.000, and if we see some money, we will invest more (up to $100.000). Any suggestions are welcome.

I can tell from your avatar that you like manga, and this is a manga site, so you would probably be uniquely qualified to choose which ads to show in order to get the otaku crowd clicking/spending, and it would only cost ~$5000 per month so well within your budget.

There are tons of ways to put that money to work in CPA, so far, facebook ads and trafficvance is what works the best for me, I have managed the cpa budged of a couple of contacts with good results and I can tell you that you could learn it in a very short time, if have managed to make those $20k online, it won't be hard to learn CPA for you.

The problem with facebook ads is they let you increase your spend step by step, you can't go $1000 a day just right from the start.

At the other side, trafficvance to ringtone and dating have worked wonderful for the accounts I managed which I quite because it's a lot of work and my share was very very small.

You're right when you say it's not just a matter of ramping the numbers up. A campaign can be profitable at $100 spend a day, and not profitable at $1000 a day, I know it doesn't make sense for non cpa guys, but that's the way it is in this industry, but some small measures can be taken in order to make it profitable in scaled up campaigns of course.

1.- diversifying the traffic sources (sometimes is just that X source really doesn't have more traffic to scale up in some niches)

2.- diversifying the offers, (more offers = more niches = new traffic comes up = scale up the operation)

3.- negotiating payout bumps

4.- negotiating payment schedule to improve cash flow (KEY FACTOR)

5.- Doing Media buying (WHICH IN MY OPINION IS THE ONLY POSSIBLE WAY TO REALLY SCALE UP CPA LIKE THE BIG BOYS) ppv/ppc/facebook is more medium size operations, the millions are in media buying.

There is no way to handle Millions of dollars a month operating in PPC/PPV/FacebookPPC to CPA offers.

The monitoring, the tracking, the infinite amount of campaigns needed, IT'S A HELL OF A NIGHTMARE.

If you have big $ or want to make big $, do MEDIA BUYING, I should had done it, but my clients were happy with ppv/facebook, but was too much work, too much money for them and a very very small share for me.

So now I work for myself or for a better, more fair partner/client.
