Default How does SEO work? What and where should I put links? Should I outsource or do it myself? Help me!

I've been trying SEO by making videos and it isn't working out good so far. I'm still on page 11 for a low competition, high volume keyword. I have 500 video links and around 200 links from directories. I want to outsource, would that be a good idea?

Maxbounty recently came out with a very nice paying, one page offer for a low competition, low volume keyword. I don't want to spend 3 months writing articles and making videos for a offer that may not be there in 3 or 4 months. What should I do?

Also...
What links count the most?
How are the links measured in terms of SEO weight in google. What links work better and will get me to page one, top 3, faster?

Why do people jump into SEO and optimize for keywords they dont even know if it converts? ALWAYS (YES, always!) do PPC first to see which keywords actually make you money.

THEN you can do SEO. No point putting the horse in front of the cart!

I am running them on CPC, there working fine, the problem is, on the $15 dollar payout, I'm spending $12 to get there. I've tried and tried but I cannot get it to drop from $12. That is why I want to try out SEO to get a higher ROI. The main reason I want a little help is for future reference too. So the next time I build a site, I know how to SEO for it and get it out there.

That depends on your keywords and their competition level. Back-track your top competitor's links to see how difficult it will be.

Sometimes using just a little better "on-page" will boost you higher, you never can tell with Google.

This is part of the business if your not willing to test things out you will never make money online. No one knows what will or will not work all the time. It's all about testing and trying it out. Yes some will be a bust, but the successful ones will make up for them.

SEO does work, but it takes time. I know this because a few of my good friends go this route and honestly sometimes I wish I was too. They all are over the 100 per day mark and they have a long-term model. Once again though they tested and found niches that will be around for a long time...Weight-loss...etc

Doing SEO on a CPA offer in specific will not work (at least it may not sorry) because if the offer is pulled for good then you just lost your whole business.

Well, thats the thing. I was wondering about choosing a broad niche with a broad/ low competition keyword. I will also capture emails as a popup. I will also change out the offer links with redirecting all links to a subdomain. Then, if the offer ever goes bust, I can just replace the one link in my subdomain into a active offer.

It is best to have it's own domain if you really want to do SEO and honestly you do not need a broad Niche. Weight loss was just an example if I where to do SEO for weight loss it would be something like "Weightloss for moms" for some more targeted Do you get it?

Targeted is always great for SEO... but don't shy away from competition when you know what you are doing. You can literally have a 5000% ROI. Who wouldn't go for that?

Starting out though, you have a long way to go to learn. I would suggest some guides, or take a look around in the SEO forum.

Great advice and very true. So many website out there that can be easily outranked and most do not even have any SEO plan.
