Hey everyone,

I know this will probably sound weird (I did a search on Google and here) but I can't find an exact explanation of what the poll method is.

When I searched google, I just got a bunch of results referring to using the poll method, but I still don't get what it actually is.

I realize this method has dipped in its effectiveness (based on the pages that came up in my search) - but if anyone has the time, could they please spell out exactly how the poll method works?

I'm kind of getting obsessed about finding out just because I can't get a real answer in my search!

You use Poll-Sites where both Buttons, Yes and No(for example), point to the offer. People will think they get a gift for participating or something like that.

Worked good, but nowadays this method does not work that good.

You basically ask people to answer your poll, then they vote and you send them to a CPA offer (usually an email/zip submit). You can say that the offer is a way to thank them for participating.

Polls still can be used nowadays, you just need to know how to choose topics, offers, get cheap targeted traffic, etc...

I see some people say this don't work anymore? Why would this not work anymore?

Surely this will work today as it did yesterday? Events and gossip do not stop happening. Put the right poll in front of the right people with a well targeted offer and sure it will work.

People have seen so much of these and are getting smarter/tired of them. They are tired of not getting what they want for free without having to download something or submit their email. They do still work, but not as good as in the good ol' days..

You find topics that aren't saturated (example - credit reports, weight loss, etc are extremely saturated. Topics like movies, celebs, etc aren't nearly as saturated), then you make a poll on that topic (eg: will transformers 3 be the best movie ever?), then have a yes or no button which are both links that point to your offer(s)
