Anyone can name some CPA networks in Education and Insurance Niche that are good in payment?

For insurance and edu leads, clickbooth, azoogle, peerfly and neverblue are always on top for the highest payouts.
These are the most reputed networks in the industry.

Integrate.com has a big education vertical, does CPL, CPA, and CPIC in that vertical.
