Biggest source I know of adult mobile traffic is Trafficjunky.net. They have a TON of volume.

You can get at mobpartner.com or kissmyads.com. I think sponsormob do not have any adult offer or I was not able to find there. Try xbiz.com to get some info. I am not doing adult but this info was given by a friend of me. If you need more help tell me, I can refer you to him.
