Visitor Location Detector

I have a couple of sites where I push CPA products and my visitors are coming from all over the world.

I don't really want to focus on one country and am glad I get visitors from all over the globe.

My problem is that CPA offers often relate to specific areas, i.e. US offers and UK offers.

I know that you can get banner rotation plugins but wondered if anyone knew of a way to detect where the visitor is from and then display the appropriate ad?

BLAMADS manage it but I don't want to lock my content on these sites.

Can anyone help?
