Many do not require you to have a website (even if a website is a required field on the application). Why? Because there are other ways to drive traffic like PPC, email marketing and media buying. The important thing to do is be truthful in all aspects of your application... AND tell them how you plan to drive traffic.

you dont need a site just tell them you are going to use less know PPC like adbrite e.t.c and say them that you are good enough to filter out bad traffic  |
