Prosper202 tracking vs. LeadImpact views

I'm sure (unfortunately) I'm not the only one having this problem..so I hope this will shed some light for a few other people on the forum

I'm using Prosper202 (self-hosted) to track conversions of a couple of LeadImpact PPV/CPV campaigns...

BUT Prosper only seems to track about 50% of the impressions that LeadImpact is showing...

The obvious issue is that it can potentially be making void any ROI/statistical results..

Any idea why this may be happening?

Impressions aren't clicks. Are you using a landing page?

Like pccc said above, we will need to know if you are using a landing page or direct linking. Are you using shared hosting?

Bevo Media is by far the best tracking for affiliates!

PPCC, ChrisBa,

I'm using a landing page on a shared hosting account (hostgator)...do you reckon it's the hostgator account that cannot keep the pace with all the "traffic"?

We're talking less than 1k impressions a day..

Hi,

I think quite a few people have had this issue where
LI has shown more views than what the tracking software stated.

In my own case too, it has happened many times that
LI stats showed $10 worth of views, whereas my tracker
showed only $8 worth of views.

And I'm not on shared hosting either.

But still, 50% difference is too big and I'm not sure
what could have been the reason for that.
