Redirecting domain -> Advertiser Landing page. Fastest Redirect?

I was wondering- what is the fastest redirect method to redirect your domain to the advertiser landing page?

The http-equiv seems a bit slow.

Place this code after <Head> :
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://www.yourdomain.com/index.html">
This will redirect in 1 sec to the campaign page. just change yourdomain.com

I've never seen the difference speed wise between a php and java redirect (above)

Hi

You can direct it from the registrar site (the site where you bought your domain from).

Just choose your domain, then choose forward.

In the new window type in your affiliate link.
