Default Locked out of Surehits?

Today when we try to log in to our Surehits account, we are getting the following message:

You Are Locked Out.
Please Contact Your Sales Rep To Unlock Your System Access.

Strangely enough, it started today (Sunday). Anybody else having issues or had this error before?

We've been with Surehits for about 2 years and never had any issues, but it's one of our largest revenue streams, so being "locked out" is a bit disconcerting.

Were you were doing what I was doing... driving incentive traffic to the site. I just got a warning. One more and I am done.

Just email your account manager. It happened to me once before because my business partner tried to login with the wrong password.
