I ran a CPA offer for a client for a mortgage company. He paid me for my help+adwords every day. He NEVER mentioned to me he could only use colorado and california leads. So now I'm still getting thousands of leads a day AND have 40k on a csv file. Me and my client are trying to figure out what to do with all of them. I tried a list of 1500 from around 1 month ago, made $1000 off of that, but I was VERY unexperienced in email and was a first go. I was wondering what we should do with this list, I contacted many companies about buying the leads, some replied, some didn't. Keep in mind, this is almost ALL profit. But PROFIT>profit... You see the picture, if you guys have ANY idea what in the hell to do with these leads, please let me know, or if you could possibly want a few, I could send over some test leads. ALSO:These mortgage leads have over 10-15 forms submitted on average. I do not want to run a CPA campaign because I have no experience in email marketing and this is a HUGE opportunity as I don't see one like this coming along very soon again |

What kind of mortgage leads are they? If they are the kind that are looking to sell thier house, then moving companies from the same area would buy the leads for mailing moving quotes and packing materials. If they are home improvement related, then contractors from the same area would be interested. If it's home refinance then loan companies would be an excellent fit. Preforeclosure? Bankruptcy attorneys and real estate attorneys. If selling leads was BH then infoUSA would have been shut down by the feds 30 years ago or more. |

Just send them to me via e-mail and i'll help you out....lol Dude, ur obviously trying to find a buyer on here. Just say that. Technically selling leads is illegal. Soooo...ur best course of action is to USE them. If they are 40K quality leads you captured, then you are sitting on a goldmine. |

I'm not trying to sell them here, I'm trying to figure out who to sell them to. Also, it is NOT illegal, as in the TOS, they agreed to let their information be sold to mortgage finance companies and 3rd party buyers. ALSO, these leads are for new homeowners looking for a mortgage loan, they also self rated their credit, so maybe credit improvement offers? |

| Hypothetical #1) CPA network pays you to gather leads Hypothetical #2) You gather leads, and have CPA network pay your for them. I'm just purely curious...why on earth is #2 illegal, while #1 is common practice? Other than the order of events, what on earth is the difference?? |

I agree with Keith, you are sitting on a gold-mine. And I think he meant selling the leads to a CPA Network is illegal. So the best solution would be to sell them to mortgage companies in their respective areas. If no one is interested, you might want to try https://www.leadpile.com |

Google "buy mortgage leads", and you'll probably be able to dig for some aggregators. Get a hold of other mortgage cpa advertisers on networks. Let them know how many you can generate. Outside of that, there are a few data monetization companies out there that can help you out, and obviously you could be hammering that list with so many relevant offers its ridiculous. Well done! Edit... I may know some potential buyers as well, hit me up with some pricing. |

I would monetize the freak out of the leads myself. Even if you are moderate at monetizing those leads, you can still make a lot of money. After you dilute the quality a bit and hopefully make a nice payday in the process, then I would sell the leads on to an online OR offline company/broker/client.
