Yes, That's exactly what you are going to ask yourself when you start promoting CPA offer with google adwords and that's the answer:

Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account.

It feels like a thank god I don't have to go threw that process again

Here is my story with google display urls and destination urls, Everytime I tried to set a destination url that don't match the display url my ad wont be approved. Do that many times and you will be warned! Why? I don't know its not free to review your ads anyway.
So what if you make your destination url same as your display url with only http:// added to the display ulr, You will be approved hallelujah.

Hold on a sec, Do you have banners on this page?? Do you promote CPA offers on your website or you give backlinks to some other sites? OK, in this case your page is a bridge site and your ad will stop running in 2 days.
Oh, I want to advertise in google to be able to make money not to give them all my money

Then you should try to be smart and create a landing page that will be rejected 90% and if your ad have a restriction for USA only and the Sir that are sitting in Ireland will test your landing page and see the message you are not authorized to view this page he is going to lose his mind and definitely terminate your account if the ad has popups when he close the page. Or even better, He would blacklist your site.

Google needs a better process! I have tried about 4 time and have yet to get my ads approve. I got two approved, but no traffic coming to it, and I do have cash in my accounts. Don't know! I do know I'm not like their process.

As by google, To be able to get refund I had to cancel my account and after I have done that. They have sent me an email that the refund must be made by the same way that I paid with and since google don't save our account numbers so I have to fill a special blanket and send it by fax to them.
Really great.
