Anyone got sucess in Health Affiliate marketing? What are the risk involve to market health product ? Please suggest as i am doing it for Weight loss product ?

The weightloss vertical can be a very profitable area but one that is becoming more scrutinized in the United States. The Federal Trade Commission has been clamping down on numerous affiliates for unethical use of marketing. Issues such as using fake endorsements, testimonials, and fake news sites. If you are a US resident I would visit the FTC's official site to learn more.

By the way, since there is a heavy deal of competition in the US for weightloss I strongly suggest promoting internationally as there are some booming markets.

The health market is actually a very large market made up of many different niches. It covers everything from weight loss, to fitness, to skin care, to hair loss, to yeast infections. This list is far from being exhaustive.

In order to succeed, you will need to pick a niche within the health market. Then learn everything that you can about it. Learn things like who the authority sites are, who the big advertisers are, what types of questions are being constantly asked in that niche, how much money is in the niche, is it seasonal like colds and flu, and can I make a difference.

After you have decided on your niche, start building an authority hub. It is unlikely that you can build an authority site without time, money, and connections. This is why I suggest a hub. A hub is where you can gather as much as you can from authority sites and other reliable information sources about your chosen niche.

The goal is to make it easier for people looking for answers in your niche to digest the information. Even though all the answers are "out there" on the internet, it is not easy to gather all the relevant facts. By doing this -- building an authority hub -- you can provide real value to your readers.

Once you get good traffic to your hub, you can monetize the traffic with advertising or your own product.

Try to target the sub-niches within the "Health" or "Weight Loss" niches as you will undoubtedly have better luck.

You can do good with health niche as long as you have targeted traffic, i did well with SEO traffic but had no luck with ppv or other traffic sources.

The health niche is a fantastic niche, it's one the evergreen niches. A lot of money can be made with this niche.

Your best bet is to target a sub niche within it and also be sure that your choice is the right one. your next move is to search if there is high demand for this product.
Competition is good but too much is too much pain in the b***T!
