Entry Level CPM Network

I've searched the site for this but did not see any posts related to this specific topic.

I would like to add some CPM ads to my site. I've applied at ContextWeb (not enough content yet) and BurstMedia and been declined. I get about 3000 unique visitors and about 25000 page views per month. I'm growing quickly though.

Are there any CPM networks that you can recommend?

I will be doing both incentivized and non-incentivized CPA offers soon - just not yet.

You can try smowtion.com, axill, pogads.com or blueadvertise.com.

From my experience, yes, you can.

But i'd recommend you contact your account manager to confirm that. Different companies have different TOS.

Thanks - I'll be applying to these guys tonight. I assume once I grow to a sufficient point (seems like 25K page views/month is the threshold) I will be looking for higher paying and more reputable ad networks...

Is blueadvertise.com reputable? Their footer still says 2009, which was a red flag to me.

Have you tried Contextual Advertising | Ad Exchange | CONTEXTWEB

They are known for Banner ads but for CPM its worth a try

3000 UV/M is very tough to get into major CPM networks like Casale, Burst, Tribal, CPX...But you can check out Valueclick, one of the biggest ad networks, but only require 3k minimum UV if I didn't say it wrongly
