I think money motivates everyone. It isn't really about the money, but about the stability in life you get from the money. That motivates me to keep going. I have a family that I need to support, so having money helps out a ton. I grind to finish my work every day.

Money, hands down. Rewards are great, and can stir up a lot of press if done correctly, but the reality is that affiliates care about the check in their pocket, not the possibility of winning a network branded hat, or a new $20,000 car (at least the affiliates who push volume). I think more networks should focus on bringing in new advertisers and increasing affiliates margin capabilities as oppose to brokering offers from other networks, ultimately incurring in lower payouts for affiliates. |

Money, and the knowledge that you are the sh*t! I like it when people recognize that I am busting my ass to make the money and that they see that I am working my butt of to make coin.

This is true...you particularly need to grind when you are starting. Like most things, it gets easier to make money and you need to grind less when you understand how things work and have systems set up, but when you are new, you need to be willing to roll up the sleeves and grind. Too many people look at more experienced marketers who travel often and play hard and forget that those marketers (like myself) put in a LOT of work in the beginning. In fact, I still put in a LOT of work, but I do so at my own pace. I work like a crazy person in the winter and spend most of the summer traveling and relaxing! You get what you put in! | |

I'm with Kenster, I work 20+ hours a day during the off months. Starting June, I peel out for sun, fun and great times!

The thought that I can do whatever I please to do in life with money. Money can't buy happiness, but it buys the time you need to get it.
