I feel your pain. I would find a number of someone within the company to call rather than an AM. I'm sure this can be illegal. In a way this is similiar to those email newsletters. They have to have an unsubsribe button or a reply email if you want them to stop sending you mail. Same with telemarketers, they just can't keep calling if you tell them to stop and want them off their calling list. I'm not a legal expert or anything, but I know personal information can be very sensitive and usually people USUALLY take requests like yours seriously. Unfortunately for you they handled it very poorly. |

I had my account closed down too during the big ban, but wonder when was this clause added since I'm sure it would have been highlighted before if it's been there all along. Also, even if your account was closed, it does not mean your information has been deleted. |

Yeah, that is bad. They don't even give away the information, but sell. Nobody thinks that, there can be such statement. And no company can sell and give away our personal information,if they dont really inform us about that. What a pity,Cpalead, actually last days, many people complain about them.

I never liked CPALead. Back in the day, they allowed everyone to scam and build fake sites. A few months ago I heard they were randomly banning people. Now, they're even selling other publisher's information! Hopefully someone takes action against them. |

Go through any network's privacy policy and you'll find exactly what you don't want to see. This is standard language for a privacy policy so I would recommend not signing up with any CPA network if this kind of stuff scares you.
