What are you doing to get around this. I've tried multiple url's. Nothing works. They decline my ad everytime. This is my first day on their ad campaign. HELP! I am having it link to an external url. Should I have it link to a landing page within fb that has the link for the offer. It is a peerfly type offer.

Be sure you've thoroughly digested their tos, outright talk about making money won't fly, Tim Atkinson breaks down a Facebook IM course marketing strategy in his new Commission Overload program. Here's the landing page for his Facebook campaign, a quiz that cleverly gets visitors into the habit of saying yes.

Make sure to use a proper landing page and don't over promote the offer on it, if you don't have a hosting you can build a fan page and promote it through fb ads (promoting fan pages seems to be cheaper for me) Good luck |

Facebook requires a heck of a lot of patience - often they will disapprove perfectly legitimate ads for no reason. Just keep plugging away. |

They don't accept direct affiliate links, try routing it through a domain

Yes, If you read terms and agreement of Facebook ads. I specifically says "No affiliate money making programs". There are types of software that do mask online money making affiliate sites, But your best bet for Facebook is to market to a niche such as eBooks and thing of that sort.

I got my first facebook ad accepted using the external URL as an affiliate. I did read their advertising guidelines first to make sure that the website which I am affiliated conforms with facebook's guidelines. Traditional CPA offers that goes to a landing page that asks for visitor info will not work and not get approved according to their guidelines. Also, I went to bitly to shorten my affiliate URL and used that URL when I created the ad. |

| A lot of ad networks are like that. They don't like "online marketers" or "adult content". That's why when we created Online Advertising - Internet Advertising - Pay Per Click Advertising we specifically kept those people in mind, and made sure they would not have any issues getting exposure. If it's any consolation, WE have been banned from FB AND Google Ads, and we're not even marketers! That's was the straw that broke the camel's back........

per comments above FB doesnt have problem with direct linking? there are just certain offer they dont like but there direct linked offers all over the place...you could also start running your ads thru a redirect ...what is the reason they stated for denying ads, otherwise hard to know the answer ? .what region are you running ads ? they are totally random with approvals....they will approve ads and then go back and retroactively revoke ads.....its totally random..... try to make slight tweak if you get denied....ive read changing the image names might help so you dont resubmit ad with exact same image names.... |

Are you making sure that the pics in your ads relate to the offer?

Facebook are b**ches at best, it really depends who you get on that day reviewing your ads. Check out my post here - How To Bait & Switch / BnS / BS « Pandoramarketing.com – Social Affiliate Marketing That's just one method. It may sound advanced to you but I will shortly be making it more detailed. |

Two things...make sure that your ad can be seen by anyone. Meaning that if the ad reviewer is in another country they can still approve your ad. If that is the case you will need a GEO plugin on your landing page that will redirect to the offer Lastly make sure that your images are directly relating to the offer and that you dont have interest words in your ad. |

We used to offer a GEO service ( GeoRouter - Geographic Location Detection Redirection - Geolocation ), but we put it on the back burner.

Hi there, something that may help is to target ages from - at least- 13 years of age (I guess is common sense, but just in case!) as ads will get approved quicker. Also, IMHO, I would create a fan page related to what you are promoting to direct people from your advert. Then, have a landing page to capture people's email or just the offer in the page. FB is far more likely to accept your ad when it does not go to an external URL... so it looks like this: FB ad ---> FB fan page ---> Squeeze (landing) page - or - Image or link to your CPA offer. Hope that helps |
