I heard many CPA networks don't welcome Chinese, WHY?

As a Chinese, if I want to enter CPA networks, is "buying several accounts of CPA networks from other people" the only way?

I am a newbie and an honest business man, I don't know how to cheat and don't want to earn money through cheating ways.

BTW, if I have to "buy" an account, is that also a cheating method?

Could anybody give me some advice or recommend me to a CPA networks?

I never heard that networks don't welcome Chinese. But you can try to apply to Peerfly, MaxBounty, FluxAds. These networks are easy to get in.

Yes buying accounts is not allowed and i would not recommended to you. Just try to apply in some of these networks.

Certainly not. Every CPA network welcomes chinese. However, they're more careful in the review process when publishers apply from countries like China, India and many African countries due to fraudster issues. Just be honest in your application and you should be able to get into all the cpa networks.

Buying account is against all cpa networks policy cuz of a number of reasons and fraudster issue is one of them. So, yes, that's a cheating method.

Peerfly, Maxbounty and Wolf Storm Media are cpa networks you can start with. They are very easy to get into.

To echo the other posts, it's not always a country issue - the focus is placed on your ability to generate quality traffic. Unfortunately, sometimes a country association can make you vulnerable to a deeper review of your application. That's the reality of it. But if you communicate with the network and explain your campaign ideas in a realistic fashion, you'll have a much easier time getting things rolling.

If you prove them that you are an honest and would help them drive quality traffic to their advertisers , it would not be difficult to get in .

Do you have a Business PayPal account?
Do you have an EBay Account?

Both will help bring forth a level of confidence towards you.
The reason being is that you're already vetted as true, internationally.

The key element is to be honest and tell them exactly how you are going to promote them.

Heres a tip. Go to offervault.com, choose a network and create a strategy of how you will promote thier offer.

Not exactly true. Some countries just have it harder by default ( aka "Nigeria" ), but just follow the instructions given by Azmanar.

As stated above, a majority of sign ups from those locations are fraudsters. A lot of people from those countries choose to sign up under a proxy, and a random address according to the location of the proxy. Therefore, CPA networks give out phone calls to all sign ups to make sure that the person that signed up is legit. My advice is to sign up with 100% legit information, as soon as you sign up, hit one of the AM's up on AIM to speed up your application process. They might ask you a few questions on how you promote, tell them the truth and you should be good to go. Good Luck.

Maxbounty doesn't allow chinese pubs by default, they don't care if you're newbie or super affiliate. Just move on, so many great networks out there will allow you in

They just want to promote their offer and they allow you if you want to promote their offer but the thing if you are sending visitors from china or nigeria or some other country then website offering cpa don't allow any sign up from other countries if offer is limited to a particular country.

Its more people residing in China rather than Chinese people that CPA Networks are suspiscious of.
