...it's called e-whoring.
Get a girly profile, and a girly template, upload 1-3 pictures of a hot girl ( it has to be the same girl ). You can find pictures all over the internet or in E-Whore packs.
Add a lot of guys up to your profile and then chat up with them. When you spend like 1-2 days with a guy then write him a message telling him stuff like: "do you want to get to know me more", or tell him that you will meet in real after he signs up to that site. Be creative man.

if you have the targeted clicks, test them with three different landing pages and pick one that converts most and scale up.

It's important that your traffic is highly targeted because that will help you get conversions. Also, you can try split testing different offers from different network. Not all offers convert at the same rate. Hope that helps

In order to get good ROI you really need to ensure you are

1) Getting traffic from a reputable source
2) Test.. (a lot) until you find out what is converting
3) Tracking the traffic (prosper202), to get all the data you need to confirm the best traffic for the offer.

There are plenty more tips, the best thing to do is shop around and test different sources. No one is going to tell you their traffic source if its killing it daily, so shop around til you find one.
