Question Regarding Email Submits

Hey Guys

Question:

Is there a network that i can use for email submits that are accepted worldwide, reason why is cus found that majority are only one country mainly USA.

So basically no matter what country u are from the cpa offer will work rather than diverting.

You wont find global submit's no chance.
The only way you can do is is setting redirect's for each country which can be done easily with your tracking script or on the network itself, ask your Am to redirect each country to a paticular offer etc.
