Default Facebook Bidding Tip (I Feel Generous)

Hey all,

I'm new to the board so to make myself slightly heard i'm going to be giving away some tip's on the facebook platform and i'm here to answer ANY question in regards to facebook as that is my fulltime job.

---------

Right we all know that facebook have upped their prices in the last few months, however this doesnt change much, just means you have to work harder and smarter.

A lot of people don't know this but go and try this and see for yourself:

Set your age group to ANY - 17 / ALL / United States and be sure to check the Exact option!

Your bidding price will drop by nearly half....

Hopefully this will get your brain ticking for some offers you can spout to the younger generation

There is alot more to it than that but i'll save that for another day!

Have fun!!

pay 5cents to market to kids and make $0 in sales
pay 20cents to market to adults and make $5 per lead.

I know which I would pick.

Kids are only worth marketing CPA ads, and there's very little shelf life for these as CPC providers see these as spam. Plus I've been burnt in the past by CPA providers who refused to pay me becasue the leads didn't convert and I was out of pocket for my advertising fees.

@BryanC - Under 18's yes (13-17) these targets are more into the trend stuff i.e Popstars, Moviestars, Films & Shows etc... Have a read below on the examples of offers that convert well for these demo's

@TigerUK - You are 100% wrong... I didn't say market anything that would be worthless to the advertiser..... I'll give you a tip, don;t run submits to anyone under 18 YOA obviously these generally do not own a credit card and you wont see anything backing out for the advertiser thus being scrubbed or payments cut!

There are plenty of offers targetted to the younger generation i'll list a few.

Mobile Quizzes / Ringtones / IQ Tests blah blah you the that idea
Facebook themes i.e Facetheme, Pagerage
Game Installs

Tons and tons more!

I'm telling you now from my 7 years experience there is something for everyone, use your nogging

@ChrisBa - Do you really think i'm here to give facebook your pennies?
I will give you some case studies very soon if your that skeptic... How does that sound

I will also gladly have a few "reputable" network owners/managers back me up, you have no worries. Again do you really think i'm here to tell you how to waste money for the big FB's gain? Have a think
