Since I can't seem to get into Neverblue I'm looking for another company that might want my traffic but while some companies have good offers, they may or may not have good managers.

Which companies have a combination of good offers AND helpful managers who go the extra mile?

Peerfly is great but customer service is lacking. The AM's are never online, on site or messenger support. I've emailed/im'd them several times with no reply. That said their offers convert vary well and pay on time.

What kind of cpa company are you looking for? Maybe I can help in one way or another.

We have some of the most knowledgeable and available AM's in the industry. Each of our AM's actually has promoted their own affiliate offers and each specialize in different traffic types. My expertise is display/media buys and email marketing. If you need help with social, search, or PPV traffic I have guys that have had success with each and would be happy to give you some tips.

It depends what is required from affiliate managers.
Usually any affiliate manager understands what offers he’s dealing with and can send you the list of offers on a given topic or send top offers on this topic, but not all managers know what offer exactly will fit best you for the given method of promotion and will bring the best result. Very often managers don’t treat all affiliates well, those who bring more money are treated better and for the others they just spare several common phrases. So it’s a complicated question. And not all top CPA networks have good qualified managers, generally they just have good offers and make payments on time.

What I'm looking for in an affiliate company would be offers of interest to several demographics (that are so incredibly opposite that it's not funny) 1. younger people who like to travel,party and live a bit on the wild side 2. Young married couples starting a family

What I'm looking for in an affiliate manager would be patience while I learn the ropes. Even though I've been an affiliate per se, I have not worked with CPA. I downloaded the recommended CPA tutorial by Kenster (?) and it is good but it really skimmed the surface as far as giving examples etc.

I would like to see examples of what works as well as to be alerted to offers that are converting well.

I've got reasonable traffic even after the February meltdown but I need to monetize better.

I have had good experiences with Luke from PeerFly. He seems to be a pretty active manager and some people I've spoken to have said the same. He's a young dude which seems to be the reason why hes really on top of his game. He puts a lot of energy into the network and making sure people do well.

MaxBounty had an old Manager named Cassandra but I think she left the network. I haven't spoken to my new one from MaxBounty yet.

I am "in love" with Luke, from PeerFly. He's very patient and professional. He answers every one of my mails rapidly (1-2 days at max) and is often on IM and can talk like that too. He never ignores a publisher, much less newbies.

I know that EWA network is the best network because its affiliate managers are very hard worker.
