CPA 101

Hey guys,

First of all i'd like to appreciate the way you help people in this forum with all their problems. Thumbs up guys.

I want to start internet marketing, i've been researching a lot from past couple of days about both black hat and white hat methods of earning money from CPA. As i'm a newbie so question are going to be really stupid

:

1) Is is necessary to have selfhosted domain to start earning from CPA?
2) If no then how can we run scripts on wordpress blogs or blogger blogs?
3) As i'm a new guy, how can i create account and get accepted in all these Ad companies like Adscend media, BLAMads etc etc. What is the criteria of selection? i mean can i register without a blog and then make multiple blogs, put different content on them and lock them with content locker.
4) Traffic, a big question let's suppose i have this fresh wordpress blog, how can i get traffic directed toward it? I know directing traffic can be done by following two methods White hat (very less traffic, less conversions resulting in less profit) black hat (scripts are used, high traffic via multiple sources, more conversion results in more money ) which one should we use to get traffic and HOW?

5) If a bog is not self hosted, can we run scripts to lock content?
6) Game has changed in last 2 years i know, now scripting game includes facebook page fake likes and promotion through them and re-running this cycles again and again. i need to learn this as well

I want to start it all in next couple of days!

Seriously need your help with all these questions

The Traffic Black book course (a relatively cheap CPA related course) advises that one have $500 to begin with CPA , if you have less he advises directly approaching medium sized sites for banner placements for about $100-$200 / month.
He also advises Facebook as being the easiest paid advertising platform for beginners.

Most CPA applications want to see a web site, if not one attracting a good number of buyers, you might be able to give them a marketing business site.
