CPA sites buzzcreator and 1stclassCPA does not convert

Hey. I already had quite a few guys fill in there email.. I get the clicks, and I know they filled it in, but my account balance stays at "$0.00"?

I don't get what is wrong... They fill it in but the money doesnt show up...?

Does anybody know what the problem is? And I also got this:
Received W-9 / W-8BEN?: No

What does that mean? (I'm sorry..I'm new to this whole CPA thing)

Hope you guys can help me cause I'm stuck.

Personally, I never go with networks using HasOffers, it sucks on tracking.

If you're located in USA, you should send in W9 before getting paid. For the rest of the world, W8

Perhaps the tracking is not real-time. Just ask your AM. Why don't you go with reputable networks? Like EWA, NeverBlue, Maxbounty, PeerFly ...

@huNti Some offers never convert well. I would suggest you contact your AMs before promoting any offers. Also, always split test the same offer from multiple different cpa networks to see which network generates the higher EPC. Good luck

Most of the CPA networks have tracking issues or they shave leads explicitly. So I encourage you to test offers before promoting them, or you could be spending your money and efforts in vain.

Tell me which offer you are referring to please? We get offers added in bulk and if there is one you are positive will not convert i will be happy to remove it and give you a list of email submits that are converting really good.

We DO NOT shave leads, However we can not speak for the advertiser as they may. As far as reverse leads we only reverse leads when advertiser sends us a email with detailed info on how leads were fake or fraud

However i agree always test a offer. if you know a few filled out the submit and it has not converted jump ships quick to not waste clicks nor time running a crap offer. You could always send a email asking for best converting email submits

Comon dude!

There are many networks out there that have HasOffers and is among the most popular CPA networks out there. Take AxonMediaGroup and AdSimilis as an example. Almost all other cpa networks broker most of AdSimilis offers because they CONVERT!

Don't say things you don't know something about.

There are so many reasons why you would not be credited for e-mail submits, don't always blame the network..

The e-mail could already be on file, they could see many emails accumulated from that ip, your tracking link might not be working or wrong, etc, etc.. always talk to your am in cases like this when you have questions
