Whats up, Warriors? So, if you browse this forum often enough, you know that there are plenty of ways to promote CPA offers. You have basic methods such as article marketing, and some trickier methods like PPC and intuitive Offline techniques. What I would like to know, from the experience CPA marketers especially, is what path you all took in the CPA marketing side of IM. Did you start with article marketing? Did you use videos? Did you invest right away into PPC and adspace? I think that this could give a lot of new marketers some good insight into how they should plan their long term internet marketing careers - short and long term goals, etc. Share your thoughts ![]() -Matt P |

Good post Matt! First I started building WordPress sites and driving traffic with SEO. Also, I did some freelance jobs since I had good technical skills and earned some money that way. Then I went through paid traffic sources and I mainly use POF ad platform to promote dating offers. Probably I will go for product creation and other paid sources in near future. ~ Omid |

Good question! Matt! I'm still stick on SEO, because I don't have enough investment to test PPC and other paid traffic resources right now. And seriously, I still think CHOOSE OFFER is the most difficult thing I'm facing. Any details or tips for picking an offer? Thanks. |

Nice post Matt. I started making money online by directly linking from Adwords to Clickbank affiliate products.

Hi Matthew. I started buying PPC, but very soon found that was an expensive way :-(, mostly because i did not have the right setup. Then i switched to Yahoo Answers..... Its Free :-) Itīs the worlds biggest knowledge sharing community, with more than 90 millions users worldwide, and 20 million in the US alone. People ask questions and other can then answer them. And its all categorized, so its already niche-selected for you :-) After some answering, you will be able to post a link on the answer, and those link will be active for years to come, generating ongoing traffic for the sites you wish to promote, no matter if that might be a CPA offer or clickbank product, or if you just want to promote your site. Videos and yahoo Answers are very effective. Of course, your videos should have good content in them and provide value or else it can be a giveaway CPA ad. You need to be "active" in Yahoo Answers with at least 7 answers without posting links before you submit one with a link. The link itself should be placed in the Source Box provided in the answer section.

I had no money when I got started with affiliate marketing, so I focused on free traffic sources. It was right around the time the iphone came out and people were starting to unlock their iphones. I posted some ads on classified ads offering my unlocking services and then individually emailed each person directing them to an iphone unlock offer on clickbank as well as support. Those were the good old days.

i started my journey with adsense and got $2500 check . that was my fist check. after that i entered in cpa marketing . first check was $800 and highest was $48000. Never tried article marketing. All money made by using black hat techniques which is not working these days because of over saturation |

My CPA journey was a continuation of my Internet marketing career. I had a good experience with PPC systems , before I delve deep into promoting CPA offers . I have also tried everything from article marketing , video marketing , SEO , etc . Nowadays , I mostly focus on paid traffic sources . |

Haha, I remember seeing that method being used about a year ago. A clever idea, but very black hat none the less. I really do admire his honesty though. Your path could be legitimate or illegitimate, it's still what lead you to grow into the successful IM player that you are. :: Matt P | |

I started doing PPC to generate UK Secured Loan leads. It was awesome back then, glory days! Now that market crashed and Adwords went berzerk on affiliates. |

YES 48K IN single month. but later on fall month by month. Now just 4k pm .. Accidents always happens heheh..Well trick was pretty simple : Pick a campaign + incentive + adword .. at that time PPC was around 3 to 5 cent but later on it boosted to 20 cent to 30cents which was not profitable at all. Finally New TOS of adword kicked by ass hehheh..

I used to work with newspaper advertising and found that I wasn't very well rounded in the digital space. Slowly I branched out to learn about paid traffic, onsite, and from there it opened a whole new door of paid advertising opportunities. Eventually I was connected with an affiliate network where I was able to grow my knowledge to all traffic types through CPA marketing.
