How long for Traffic Vance to approve?

Wondering usual time for approvals of targets for a new campaign there. I am on Media Traffic and it takes several hours. I know people love TV maybe they are faster as well.

Depends, can take a couple hours or a couple days if they're busy.

I don't know how long it takes to get approved by Traffic Vance, however I do know that they require a recomendation/referral from someone already on their system. You may want to take a look at LeadImpact. My experience tells me they are ranked as #2 in CPA/CPV.

MediaTraffic is the fastest in approving campaigns but traffic quality is comparatively poor and and the volume is also less.

People prefer TV because the traffic quality is very good and the volume is also high. TV is the best PPV network and all others are far behind TV!

LeadImpact is better than MT in traffic quality and volume but the LI campaign approval time really sucks, some times it takes a few days too.

Normally they're the same day (depending on if it's a business day), but it really depends on how busy they are, etc..

It normally takes 1-3 hours only to get your ads approved.

Generally if you are a good spender you talk with account managers and get your campaigns running shortly.
TrafficVance is the best, usually no more than 2 hours including weekends, faster even to add new keywords or new creatives.
DirectCPV usually grants same business day.
Media Traffic takes longer, only business hours.
LeadImpact and AdOn network - you have to be patient.
