ok, would you consider going to sites like freelancer and paying for x amount of leads black hat or white hat? Now consider this the freelancer your using is sending tones of real visitors to your offers and the network allows brokering and are happy with the leads, now is it black hat? would you do it? what if you could constantly make 300% ROI? |

Sounds like a definite no go to me. However, to eliminate all doubt why don't you ask your AM about it? Explain exactly what you want to do and they will say yes or no. Anyone here can tell you yes or no, but the only person that really matters in regard to this is your AM.

I have heard if this strategy before... Most of networks have no problem with this as long as the offer allows brokering! but the point is most of freelancers do it using proxies and you will have problems with your network in near future! I have heard of someone lost 3 of his CPA accounts using this method! There is no problem with the strategy, be careful! Also, if someone is able to drive traffic to your offers then why would he want to promote YOUR offers? ~ Omid |

| Krazy Kenster War Room Member | This is the real question. If they are simply filling out the offers or some how diluting the value of the lead, then its a no-no. If they are simply acting as a sub-affiliate and getting solid leads, then I don't see anything wrong with it (even though it may technically break the TOS) So it's more about lead quality than anything. You need to look at the whole CPA process and all parties involved to really determine if a creative method like this is a good thing to pursue, is ethical, and is a good business model. |

It is not allowed with most CPA networks , because you are paying someone , who may not have an interest on the offer which ultimaytly doesn't have real value to the advertiser . Some CPA networks could allow this and it is best to verify it by asking your affiliate manager . |

As Mike suggests, you can't simply pay people to fill out offers. You always need to look at the whole supply chain. If you are cheating any part of the chain, the system doesn't work. So even though you can try and cheat the system in the short term, its certainly not a viable long term strategy. A business should be designed to be sustainable! | |
