Good Ad Management Scripts

Was just wondering if anyone had some further information on or recommendations for good Advertising Manager Scripts.

I want to be able to control/monitor the advertising on my own website/s and am trying to find a good script that I can add to my site to allow me to do this.

The main thing I want to be able to do it get statistics on click through rates so I can split test different banner designs. It would be great to be able to easily run different campaigns for different promotions/products and switch these over when needed.

I have heard about the OpenX script have also heard a little bit about Ad Manager Pro however do not know anyone who currently uses these.

What scripts are people using for monitoring advertising? What ones are good and what ones are rubbish?

Any help or information would be appreciated.

Open x is probably the best free one out there. Tons of features.

Do you use it yourself? Do find it user-friendly and intuitive to use?
