Hey there warriors, I've just started looking into CPA and just doing some research first. I've just got a dilema about what to put in the SSN or Tax ID as I'm a UK citizen? Any Uk guys and gals out there who might know the answer to this please. Thank you. Also am I right in thinking that CPA companies like to hold a phone interview with new registrations? Cheerz |

I can not guarantee all information here is accurate. If you talk about CPA Networks US based and the W-8BEN IRS form, besides your citizenship, where your place of residence for tax purposes? If UK is the answer look for income tax treaty between these countries. If you are allowed to pay taxes only in your place of residency you donīt need SSN, ITIN or EIN and also you are not conducting, trading or have business in US. Phone interview is the key for be accepted in most of the networks. It always the shortcut to start doing business. Fraud is a big concern into this market and one to one talk helps to avoid it. |
